CALL CENTER SUPPORT is the company’s department providing high-quality remote service for its customers. We serve customers by means of different communication channels – e-mail, incoming calls from clients and chats. The managers of the department make various telemarketing call-downs for the purpose of data updating, promotion of customers’ loyalty, obtaining of information on satisfaction with our services. The managers speak English, German, French and Spanish. At the moment the department consists of 2 French-speaking managers, 6 German-speaking, 2 English-speaking and 1 Spanish-speaking manager. The managers deal with several tasks simultaneously. Each employee takes a full training course, improves skills at work and practices languages.
